Photo Disclosure/Release

Purchasing a ticket to any Families on the Fox event (free or otherwise) serves as written consent by the ticket holder and/or purchaser to be photographed/videoed. Families on the Fox may use such photographs/videos for the purposes of publicity, illustration, and advertising. In non-legal terms, we certainly promise not to use your photo/video in a negative light; we just want to be able to share images of our Families on the Fox Friends having a great time at our events!

Further, by purchasing a ticket to any FOTF event, you agree to waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images or videos in the finished product. 

Finally, you acknowledge that you are of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.  If this is an event where children are present, you also acknowledge that you are the legal guardian of the children you are bringing to the event and consent to all of the above on their behalf.
